Shipping Information
At Holisys, we aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery experience.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 2–3 business days
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products should be returned in original packaging where possible

Important Return Conditions
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service when returning items
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products not in original condition
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear depending on your provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please place a new order.
